Market Director / Sales Consultant — Norway
Work with utilities across Norway — and help turn data into better decisions. Imagine working closely with municipalities and utilities across Norway — from the Oslo Fjord to smaller inland communities — helping them understand what's really happening in their wastewater systems, and what to do about it. At Dryp, we build technology that turns fragmented data into usable insights. Our platform combines sensors, rainfall data and analytics to help utilities prevent overflows, reduce unwanted water and make better decisions. We've started gaining traction in Norway — with our first 3–4 customers around Oslo — but we've realised we likely need someone local to move things forward. This is a flexible, part-time / freelance / consultant role. Not really a classic sales role — but more someone who understands the space and can act as a bridge between us and customers.
What you'll do
- Follow up on leads and meetings we've already created
- Stay in dialogue with utilities and partners
- Help move conversations forward
- Translate both language and context between us and customers
- Give us a better sense of what's happening in the market
- Dialogue with municipalities in Norway
- Early-stage projects and pilots
- Market development in Norway
- Bridging technology and real-world operations
- Helping reduce pollution into fjords and waterways
What we're looking for
- Know the Norwegian water / utility space (or something close to it)
- Speak Norwegian fluently
- Are comfortable talking to customers
- Can work independently without much structure
- Are good at following up and keeping momentum
