Market Manager Norway
Help shape the future of wastewater management and climate adaptation in Norway. Dryp is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Market Manager to help grow our presence in Norway. We're already working with our first Norwegian customers and are now looking for someone who can become our local commercial presence—building relationships with municipalities and utilities, following up on opportunities, and helping turn interest into long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
- Build and develop Dryp's presence in the Norwegian market
- Follow up on leads, customer meetings and ongoing opportunities
- Reach out proactively by phone to municipalities and utilities
- Build trusted relationships with customers and partners
- Help move pilot projects and commercial discussions forward
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the Dryp team
- Represent Dryp during customer visits and relevant industry events
We're looking for someone who
- Speaks fluent Norwegian (native)
- Enjoys talking to customers and following up by phone
- Is proactive, self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Has experience from the water, wastewater or utility sector
- Understands how municipalities and public utilities operate
- Enjoys creating relationships and building a market over time
Practicalities
Approximately 1–2 trips to Norway per month (around 5–6 travel days)
Office in Nordhavn: Part of a strong tech community at Trifork, with a sea view
